He won the K-1 Undiscriminated Weight Tournament Championship. Sattari began kickboxing at the age of six and won several national championships in the youth division before reaching adulthood. A silver medal at the 2014 Asian Beach Games and a gold medal at the 2017 Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games were the main awards he won during his time as an amateur Muay Thai competitor. Sattari also competed in the 2016 IFMA World Muaythai Championships in Jönköping and the 2017 WAKO World Muaythai Championships in Budapest. Moved to Japan in 2020 to participate in the World Droe League for professional athletes; won by KO against Seiya Tanigawa on October 17, 2020 at Krush; won the M-1 heavyweight title on November 25, 2020; defeated Hisakite Kato in the second round of Krush on March 21, 2021; won the M-1 heavyweight title on March 21, 2021 against Hisakite Kato in the second round of Krush On October 24, 2021, he won the Krush 2nd Cruiserweight Champion Tournament, defeating RUI in the first round and Tanigawa in the final to become the 2nd Krush Cruiserweight Champion.
