Singer Booking

Liliana member singing with a microphone on stage

We propose Liliana singers for event performances, commercial songs, backing vocals and demo vocals. Our roster includes Japanese, mixed-heritage and international singers, and we cover singing in English and other languages. Live performance and studio recording call for different things, so we ask about your use before proposing.

Consultations and quotes are free. Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST

How Liliana casts singers

We choose candidates by voice and range, after asking whether the job is live or recorded.

Live and recorded

For live singing, we look at whether they sing steadily with the venue’s sound system. For recording, we look at whether they can change their delivery to match direction.

Singing in multiple languages

Our roster includes singers who sing in English and other languages. Multilingual versions of the same song can be recorded together.

Search by genre

Share the genre or reference tracks, and we will propose members whose voices match what you have in mind.

Visa status already checked

We check international singers’ visa status and work eligibility at registration.

About singer fees

Singer fees are built quite differently for live performance and recording.

Use and booking hours

Live singing at an event or recording in a studio. For live singing, the booking includes rehearsals.

Number and length of songs

It depends on how many songs and how long each one is.

Media

Event day only, or the recording used in commercials, streaming or on the web. Fees are higher when broadcast is included.

Usage period

It also depends on how long the recording is used. We do not accept buyouts without a set period.

Master and rights

Music rights terms vary by project. We sort them out at the start, including whether it’s an existing song or a new one.

Language and difficulty

Terms change for multilingual singing or songs that demand advanced technique.

We don’t publish a rate card. Tell us the use, number of songs and how the recording will be used, and we will send a rough quote with a breakdown. Payment and cancellation terms are in our FAQ.

From request to performance or recording

1

Contact us

Tell us the project outline, performance or recording date, media and budget. It’s fine if things aren’t decided yet.

2

Candidate proposals

We send profiles and audio samples of matching members, along with a rough quote.

3

Hold and confirmation

We put a provisional hold on the performance or recording date and confirm after sample review or an interview. Terms, usage scope and period are agreed at this stage.

For details on each step, see How It Works; for the talent’s terms, see our Performance Guidelines.
