MC & Host Casting
We propose Liliana MCs and hosts to run trade shows, ceremonies, corporate events and live-stream programs. Besides Japanese, our roster includes members who can host bilingually in English and other languages. Live events rarely go exactly to script, so we base our proposals on how each member has handled past jobs.
Consultations and quotes are free. Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST

How Liliana casts MCs
Besides voice and delivery, we check whether they can adjust the pace when the program runs ahead or behind.
Bilingual hosting
Our roster includes members who host while switching between Japanese and English. For events with overseas guests, this can sometimes remove the need for a separate interpreter.
Starting from the script
If you share the run sheet in advance, the MC will study it before the event. They also check the readings of technical terms, company names and speakers’ names beforehand.
Handling the unexpected
We propose members who can fill gaps and get the program back on track when a speaker arrives late or Q&A runs long.
Visa status already checked
We also check international MCs’ visa status and work eligibility at registration.
About MC fees
MC fees are built from the event booking plus preparation and rehearsal attendance.
Performance booking hours
A standard day is 8 hours including breaks. Multi-day trade shows are quoted per day.
Preparation and rehearsals
If the MC needs to study the script, attend meetings or join rehearsals, that is included in the terms.
Complexity of hosting
It depends on whether they follow the script or also need to ad-lib and run Q&A.
Language
Japanese only or bilingual hosting. Heavy use of technical terms is also factored in.
Recording and streaming
If the event is streamed or recorded for later release, that usage scope is included in the fee.
Usage period
It also depends on how long the recorded footage is used. We do not accept buyouts without a set period.
We don’t publish a rate card. Tell us the number of days, amount of preparation, languages and whether the event is recorded, and we will give you a rough quote with a breakdown. For payment and cancellation terms, see our FAQ.
From request to event day
Contact us
Tell us the event outline, dates, venue and budget. It’s fine if the run sheet isn’t ready yet.
Candidate proposals
We send profiles and hosting experience of matching members, along with a rough quote.
Hold and confirmation
We put a provisional hold on the date and choose the MC by profile review or interview. Terms and the usage scope and period for recorded footage are agreed here.
For details on each step, see How It Works; for the talent’s terms, see our Performance Guidelines.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the MC host in English?
- Yes. Our roster includes members who host while switching between Japanese and English. Let us know the languages you need and who your audience will be.
- When should I send the run sheet?
- The earlier, the more time they have to prepare. Please share it well ahead, especially if there are many technical terms or company names to read.
- Can the MC attend rehearsals?
- Yes. Rehearsals are included in the quote, so let us know the schedule.
- Can I book an MC for a multi-day trade show?
- Yes. The same MC can cover the whole show, or several can take turns.
- Can the event be filmed and released later?
- Yes, as long as the usage scope is agreed in advance. When you contact us, let us know where and for how long it will be released.
- Can I book talent for events outside Tokyo?
- Yes. We also go to regional events. Any travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
