How Liliana books event staff
At a trade show, how well your staff can approach visitors and start conversations changes how the booth performs. We ask about your exhibiting goals and visitors, then propose members who fit your booth.
Matched to your visitors
The languages needed depend on whether visitors are mainly domestic or from overseas. Let us know whether your product calls for a calm or an upbeat impression.
Multilingual visitor support
Our roster includes members who can assist in English and other languages, so they can talk directly with visitors at international trade shows and inbound events. See candidates in our international talent and mixed-heritage talent lists.
Visa status already checked
We check international staff’s visa status and work eligibility at registration.
Multi-day and multi-person bookings
However many days the show runs, you can keep the same members throughout or rotate them daily. Our staff handle the shift schedule.
About booking fees
Booking fees depend on the number of show days, the number of staff and the scope of work.
Booking hours and days
A standard day is 8 hours including breaks. It varies with the number of show days and whether staff join setup or rehearsals the day before.
Number and placement
It depends on how many staff are placed and in what roles: reception, product explainers, handouts and so on.
Scope of work
Reception and handouts only, or product explanations as well: this changes both the preparation and who we choose.
Languages
Terms change if visitors need to be served in English or other languages besides Japanese.
Photography and recording
If photos or video from the day will be used in PR or on social media, media and period are agreed in advance.
Location
For trade show venues outside Tokyo, travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote.

We send profiles of members who fit the dates and duties.
Hold and confirmation
We put a provisional hold on the show dates and confirm after profile review or an interview. Share product materials, the booth layout and the plan for the day, and we will brief the members.

Frequently asked questions
- Can staff handle product explanations?
- Yes. If you share product materials and key points in advance, staff will learn the content before the show. For highly technical products, we recommend setting aside time for a briefing beforehand.
- Do you have staff who can assist visitors in English?
- Yes, we have members who can serve visitors in English. Let us know if you need other languages.
- Can you cover multi-day trade shows?
- Yes. Let us know the number of show days and the number of staff per day.
- Can we specify costumes?
- If you have a corporate uniform or specified outfit, please tell us in advance. We can also help if costumes need to be arranged.
- Can you send staff to venues outside Tokyo?
- Yes. We also send staff to regional trade show venues. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
- Can you also arrange MCs and narrators?
- Yes. Stage MCs and hosts and narrators can be booked together through the same contact.
