International Santa Booking
We send Liliana members to play Santa Claus at Christmas events, shopping centers, corporate parties, ad shoots and more. We choose them to fit the size of the event, the staging and whether there will be filming, and we coordinate everything up to the day as your single contact.
Consultations and quotes are free. Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST. December books up quickly, so please contact us early.

Costume photos
You can check build and feel from photos taken in the Santa costume before you choose. We narrow down candidates to fit your staging.
Shoots too
Some members also work as models or actors, so they can handle ad and social media shoots. See candidates in our international models list as well.
Visa status already checked
We check the visa status and work eligibility of international Santas at registration. For details, see about visa status.
Multiple venues and days
In December, requests for multi-day events and simultaneous appearances at several venues increase. Our staff hold the schedule for each venue.
About booking fees
Booking fees depend on the dates, the staging and whether a costume needs to be arranged.

Terms vary by date, for example just before or on Christmas. We quote based on booking hours including the number of appearances and waiting time.
Staging
It depends on whether Santa only appears and greets visitors, or also hands out presents and runs part of the program.
Costume
It depends on whether you provide the costume or we arrange it.
Use of photos and footage
If photos or video from the day will be used in PR or on social media, terms depend on the usage scope and period.
Travel and accommodation
For venues outside Tokyo, travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote.
Number of Santas and venues
It depends on how many Santas and how many venues. Ask us about simultaneous bookings at several venues.

- When should I book?
- December is packed with events, and popular members get booked first. Please contact us as soon as your dates are set.
- Can you provide the Santa costume?
- If you don’t have a costume, we can help arrange one. If the staging calls for a specific costume, please tell us in advance.
- Can Santa take photos with children and hand out presents?
- Yes. Santa can do greetings, photos and hand out presents. Please provide the presents yourself.
- Do you have Santas who speak English or Japanese?
- Languages vary by member. If the staging involves conversation, tell us the language needed and we’ll propose a member who fits.
- Can we use photos from the day on social media or in ads?
- Yes. Tell us the media and period, and we’ll quote on those terms.
- Can you send Santas to venues outside Tokyo?
- Yes. We also send Santas to regional events. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
