Talent Casting
We propose Liliana talent for events, trade shows, TV programs, corporate videos and other jobs that call for speaking in front of people. Our roster includes Japanese, mixed-heritage and international talent, including members who also work as MCs and singers. Besides shoots, we take on jobs that involve running the program or looking after visitors.
Consultations and quotes are free. Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST

How Liliana casts talent
Before looks, we check whether they can speak in front of people and be trusted to run the program.
Handling live situations
Unlike a shoot, a live event can’t be redone. We know how each member has handled past jobs, so we propose people you can trust to run things.
Multilingual hosting
Our roster includes members who can host in English and other languages. We handle bilingual Japanese-English hosting and situations where international visitors need assistance. See candidates in our international talent and mixed-heritage talent lists.
Visa status already checked
We check international talent’s visa status and work eligibility at registration. You don’t need to check again.
Multi-day and multi-person bookings
We handle multi-day jobs such as trade shows and rotations with several people. We coordinate the schedule as your single contact.
About talent fees
Talent fees depend on the length of the booking, the scope of exposure and the role required.
Booking hours and days
A standard day is 8 hours including breaks. Multi-day jobs such as trade shows are quoted per day.
Scope of role
Whether they simply appear, also run or host the program, or need to learn a script. The more preparation the role needs, the higher the fee.
Use of recorded footage
If photos or video from the day will be used later in streams or ads, that scope is included in the fee.
Usage period
It also depends on how long the recorded footage is used: the event day only, or later PR as well.
Category exclusivity
If the talent must not appear at competitors’ events during the contract, a surcharge applies.
Language and expertise
Terms change if multilingual hosting or specialist knowledge is needed.
We don’t publish a rate card. Tell us the date, the role and how recorded footage will be used, and we will send a rough quote with a breakdown. For payment and cancellation terms, see our FAQ.
From request to event day
Contact us
Tell us the project outline, date, media and budget. It’s fine if things aren’t decided yet.
Candidate proposals
We send profiles and past appearances of matching members, along with a rough quote.
Hold and confirmation
We put a provisional hold on the date and confirm after profile review or an interview. Terms, usage scope and period are agreed at this stage.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you also handle the run sheet for the day?
- If you share the run sheet, the talent will study it before arriving. If you want the script itself written, please consult us separately once we know the content.
- Do you have talent who can host in English?
- Yes. Our roster includes members who can host in English and other languages, including bilingual Japanese-English hosting.
- Can I book talent for multi-day jobs such as trade shows?
- Yes. We handle multi-day jobs and rotations with several people.
- Can I book talent for events outside Tokyo?
- Yes. We also go to regional event venues. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
- Can photos from the event be used in later PR?
- Yes, as long as the usage scope is agreed in advance. When you contact us, let us know whether you will shoot on the day and which media the photos will be used in.
- Can I book MCs and singers through the same contact?
- Yes. MCs, hosts, singers and dancers are all Liliana members, so you can book them together through one contact.
