Test shoot inquiries
Liliana welcomes test shoot requests from photographers, stylists and hair & make-up artists who would like to shoot our models. New faces are welcome too. The photos are used by both sides: as your portfolio work and as the model’s profile photos.
What is a test shoot?
A test shoot is a shoot where photographers, stylists and hair & make-up artists create images for their portfolios. In Japan it is also called “sakuhin-dori.”
Unlike an advertising or product shoot, there is no client. Everyone who takes part uses the photos as their own work. For the model, it is a chance to add new profile photos.

We choose the models we introduce based on the concept and schedule of the shoot.
Conditions
- Type of shoot
- We accept fashion, beauty and portrait test shoots. We do not accept swimwear or lingerie shoots.
- Shots
- If the model needs specific shots for their profile, we will let you know when we introduce them, such as full-length, waist-up or natural make-up shots.
- Schedule
- Our models prioritize paid jobs and auditions, so the date is confirmed close to the shoot day.
- First-time check
- If it is your first time working with us, we ask to see your previous work and a form of ID.
- Image usage
- You may post the photos as your work in your portfolio and on social media. Please credit the model’s name and agency when posting. The photos you send us will be used for the model’s profile and promotional photos. Commercial use, such as advertising or product photography, is not permitted.
From inquiry to shoot
Inquiry
Tell us the concept and mood, preferred date and location. Please include examples of your previous work.
Model introduction
We introduce models who match your conditions. We confirm the shoot details and then set the date.
Shoot & delivery
After the shoot, please send us the selected and retouched images.
What to send with your inquiry
Reference photos or a mood board.
Preferred date and time, and whether it is in a studio or on location.
Names and roles of the photographer, stylist and hair & make-up artist.
Your portfolio URL or social media account.
You can contact us even if the details are not decided yet.

- Can I request a specific model?
- You can tell us your preference. Since models prioritize paid jobs, we may not always be able to meet it.
- Can I use the photos commercially?
- No, the photos are for portfolio use only. For advertising or product shoots, please contact us about a paid booking.
- Can I apply if it’s my first time?
- Yes. For first-time requests, we check your previous work and ID before setting a date.
