Model Casting
We propose Liliana models for ads, catalogs, e-commerce and commercials. Our roster includes Japanese, mixed-heritage and international models, from babies to seniors, with members from over 100 countries. We interview every model when they register, so we know their sizing and how they work on set before we put them forward.
Consultations and quotes are free. Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST

How Liliana casts models
Before sizes or nationality, we ask what the shoot needs to show.
Search by criteria
Filter by gender, age, nationality, language, height and sizes. Even if you only have a mood in mind (“someone like this”), our staff will turn it into criteria and put forward candidates. Visa status already checked
We check international models’ visa status and work eligibility when they register. You don’t need to check again.
Interpreters
If a model can’t work in Japanese, we provide an interpreter, so direction on poses and expressions can be given on the spot.
Multiple models and regional shoots
We book several models at once and support shoots outside Tokyo. Any travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
About model fees
Model fees are not fixed. The same model can cost different amounts depending on where and for how long the photos are used.
Booking hours
A standard day is 8 hours including breaks. For shoots with many outfits, such as catalogs, overtime is charged, and work before 6:00 or after 21:00 carries a surcharge.
Media
Whether the photos are used only on e-commerce or also in transit ads and TV commercials. The more media, the higher the fee.
Usage period
How long the photos are used. Six months on a product page and a one-year nationwide campaign are priced differently. We do not accept buyouts without a set period.
Territory
Whether the photos are used only in Japan or also on overseas e-commerce or social media. Expanding the territory later costs extra, so please decide at the start.
Category exclusivity
If the model must not appear in competitors’ ads in the same industry, such as cosmetics or beverages, for a set period, a surcharge applies. We agree the industries covered with you.
Career
Fees also depend on experience and profile. Under the same conditions, a newcomer and a long-established model will have different fees.
We don’t publish a rate card. Tell us what you are shooting and how the photos will be used, and we will send a rough quote with a breakdown. Payment and cancellation terms are in our FAQ.
From request to shoot day
Contact us
Tell us the project outline, shoot date, media and budget. It’s fine if things aren’t decided yet.
Candidate proposals
We send profiles and composite photos of matching members, along with a rough quote.
Hold and confirmation
We put a provisional hold on the shoot date and confirm after profile review or an audition. Terms and usage scope (media, period, territory) are agreed at this stage.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I ask for advice before the concept is set?
- Yes. Tell us about the product, the audience you want to reach and the media, and we will suggest a direction. We can also put forward several sets of candidates with different looks.
- Can you handle apparel shoots with set sample sizes?
- Yes. You can filter by height, measurements and shoe size, so let us know the sample sizes used on the shoot.
- Can you book talent for shoots outside Tokyo?
- Yes, we also support regional shoots. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
- Do I need to check international models’ work eligibility?
- No. We check our members’ visa status and work eligibility ourselves.
- Can you book several models at once?
- Yes. We handle anything from several models at once to large groups including extras. Let us know the numbers and the mix of nationalities.
- Can I contact a model I’m interested in directly?
- Please don’t contact models directly. Our staff handle all schedule and terms checks.
