01

Enquiry and briefing

YOU

Contact us by form, email or phone. Anything you haven’t decided yet can be left blank.

LILIANA

We review your enquiry and ask about anything that’s missing. Consultations and quotes are free.

Office hours: weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST

02

Proposal and quote

YOU

Let us know a rough budget (it’s fine if it isn’t decided yet).

LILIANA

We send a casting plan and quote. To fit your budget, we also suggest options for the number of performers, usage scope and shoot days.

  • Not included in performer fees: transport, location bus and accommodation (quoted separately for shoots outside Tokyo), surcharges for early-morning or late-night work, travel the day before, and time spent at auditions, camera tests and fittings. If any of these may apply, please mention it when we quote.

03

Candidate proposal

YOU

Review the profiles internally. If none of them feel right, tell us plainly.

LILIANA

Our casting director selects candidates from 2,000+ members from over 100 countries and sends you their profiles. We re-direct and re-propose as many times as needed. Athletes and artists may take longer, as their club, federation or label has to confirm the terms.

  • Profiles and photos are for your internal review. Please ask us before using them in a deck or on social media.
  • Please don’t contact performers directly. Everything goes through us.

04

Selection and audition (optional)

YOU

You can confirm from profiles alone. If you’d like an audition, send us your preferred dates.

LILIANA

We can hold it at a venue you choose, at our studio in Akasaka, or online. For narration work we can also send additional voice samples.

05

Confirmation and contract

YOU

Confirm your choice. The booking is made at this point.

LILIANA

We hold the performer, verify their residence status and right to work, and sign the contract.

  • Cancellation charges apply once a performer is confirmed.
  • We take responsibility for verifying work eligibility, including for international performers. You don’t need to check separately.
  • Where a performer is invited from overseas, we act as the inviting organisation ourselves, so you don’t need to find one. Travel, accommodation and visa costs are quoted per project.
  • The actual terms of business follow the individual contract, which we adjust project by project.

06

Preparation (as needed)

YOU

Share the call sheet, call time and location.

LILIANA

We arrange fittings, hair and make-up tests and rehearsals. For minors, we arrange guardian consent and attendance.

  • Working hours for minors: under 15 until 20:00 and no more than 8 hours a day; under 18 until 22:00. Age-based limits are set out in our performance guidelines.
  • For shoots with costume changes, please provide a changing space such as a location bus. We can’t use public restrooms in commercial facilities for changing.
  • If you set a weather backup day, please agree the deadline for the final decision in advance.

07

Shoot or recording day

YOU

Tell our manager directly about anything you need on set.

LILIANA

Our manager (or casting director) attends and responds on the spot. For late-night or early-morning work, we arrange taxis.

  • A standard booking is 8 hours a day, including breaks. Extra time is charged separately.
  • We decline blackface or any portrayal that caricatures race, and the word “gaijin”, both in scripts and on set.
  • Please take out insurance to cover accidents and damage during the shoot.
  • Please allow about one hour of rest every four hours, and take care against heat, sunburn and cold.
  • Tell us in advance about animals, water, heights, wire work or other special conditions.

08

After the shoot, invoicing and usage period

YOU

Pay by bank transfer within your agreed payment terms.

LILIANA

After the shoot we issue a qualified invoice electronically (paper on request). Before the usage period ends, we contact you about extensions or added media.

  • Performers post about the shoot on social media only with your prior permission.

CHECKLIST
